As the saying goes "health is wealth" it is our at most priority to be healthy and not to fall sick amid covid -19 pandemic. Here are some health tips and do's and dont's that you need to follow

  • first of all don't travel or come out of house until unless necessary circumstances come out of your houses if it is genuine and neccessary only other wise your home is safest place for you to live ,so 'stay home stay safe'

  • and next if you have any symptoms of covid 19 such as severe cold ,severe cough and respiratory disorder then isolate yourself in fresh well ventilated room and under go self quarantine dont come in contact with anybody
     
  • sound mind in a sound body  is well said therefore never be afraid if you have any symptoms be strong and be cool never rush in hurry or feel irritated about it practice yoga and praanayam and try to maintain good and stable mental health,take care of your self 

  • Most important thing is 'dont self medicate' it can be very dangerous as many of us try to do it  it is very necessary to approach qualified doctor and do take medicines after proper priscription by doctor but if neceessary  first aid can be given by qualified individual

food that you eat daily matters most so try to eat healthy and well balanced food and always have food menu or nutrient diet plan so that you do not miss anything or any mineral or vitamin and eat green vegetables and food that increases your immunity level
